SMS Communications
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Opinion Health Limited ("Opinion Health", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to receive text messages relating to healthcare market research studies for which you have registered your interest or otherwise consented to be contacted.
Messages may include:
Follow-up regarding your registration or expression of interest in a market research study;
Eligibility or screening questions;
Study participation information;
Interview, survey or research appointment scheduling and reminders;
Requests to confirm availability or participation; and
Other administrative communications directly related to the relevant market research study.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the research study, your eligibility and your participation. We will only send messages relating to studies or communications for which you have provided the relevant consent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider and service plan. Please contact your mobile network provider if you have questions regarding your text messaging or data charges.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages from Opinion Health at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages under that opt-in unless you subsequently provide consent again.
If you wish to receive SMS communications again in the future, you may opt in again through the relevant Opinion Health registration or consent process.

Delivery
Mobile network operators and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by your mobile network, device, coverage or other circumstances outside Opinion Health's control.

Opinion Health handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
