Panels
Healthcare companies know that they can no longer make major marketing decisions without considering the views of patients and that patients are going to become even more important in the future.
Patients are becoming increasingly knowledgeable about treatment options and are wanting a say in treatment decisions. Ultimately, they have the power to take or not take their treatment or use a product or service.
Patient research has traditionally been a long and costly process. So companies have frequently decided to forego it despite the fact that this leaves them with some important knowledge gaps. At Opinion Health, we have responded by offering you access to an extensive range of patients suffering from both high and some very low prevalence diseases across a very broad range of countries.

Our panels can be used for both qualitative and quantitative work conducted online, by telephone or recruitment of face to face interviews.
All of our panel work is subject to rigorous data quality and validation processes. We monitor response rates, mean survey completion times so we can discard surveys that have been completed too quickly, page history response consistency and pattern clicking.
All of our research is managed in accordance with data privacy and local data collection laws. Opinion Health is a member of the BHBIA, MRS, AQR and EphMRA and operates by the codes of conduct of each of these and other global organizations.
