Healthcare Practitioners
As part of our holistic approach to research we extensively engage with primary, secondary-care and allied healthcare professionals. Some of the recent international work carried out with healthcare professionals have included GPs, HIV specialists, Neurologists, Oncologists, Diabetologists, Cardiologists, Urologists and many other specialists.
In line with the changing dynamics of the healthcare industry and the increasing role of nurses, we are being asked more and more to include both hospital specialist nurses and community based nurses in our work.
Then there is a diverse range of other healthcare practitioners to which the industry now also needs to turn its attention such as pharmacists (both hospital and retail) and dieticians.
